Ok, so most of us no longer have or see the need for a home phone.. right? well, think about this... do you have unlimited minutes for $100 a month only a few friends or famliy with the same carrier. Or, have a lot of business calls? Maybe its time to re consider the home phone.
examine you phone bill pay attention to who you call and how much it costs. now that you are surprised to see that you could save a lot of minutes if you had a home phone. now that we know this lets talk the magic jack talk.
ok this is NOT a paid endorsement either.
i have one, and have had one since they came out. My reasoning because i have internet and a old computer and internet access (not dial up though) and a cordless phone with 2 recievers i opted for one so that businesses would call that link and people with other carriers.
the cost is unbelievable. it cost 40.00 to buy it and comes with 2 years of phone service, once this expires, you renew it for $20 a year... it works as good as phones provided through your cable/internet provider and sometimes is more reliable.
it has free long distance with crystal clear sound quality, caller id, and voice mail. i love mine. specially when i had a small business. try it see if you dont start seeing more minutes that you can reduce your cell plan and save you more money.
